Casino not on GamStop: a UK guide to the non-GamStop sector
The ranked list above covers our top picks, but if you want to evaluate sites beyond our recommendations, this checklist covers the five checks that matter most. Browsing on Safari via iPhone generally runs smoothly enough on well-maintained sites, although you’ll miss out on the notification features that Android users benefit from with an APK. IPhone users, meanwhile, can only play through a browser, as Apple’s App Store rules prevent sideloading. Many of these sites provide APK files that can be downloaded straight to the device, bypassing the Play Store entirely. Live dealer titles, on the other hand, require a stable connection regardless of the device in use, so it’s advisable to have dependable 4G or Wi-Fi when taking a seat at the live tables. The vast majority operate via instant-play mobile browser rather than a native app downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We compared the casinos below on licensing, withdrawals, bonus terms, payment options, game selection and customer support. Non Gamstop casinos are gambling sites that do not participate in the UK’s GAMSTOP self-exclusion scheme. Such tools are intended to help players keep track of time and spending, and gambling should never be treated as a way to make money or to deal with other problems. These offers typically carry higher wagering requirements or lower withdrawal caps than deposit-based bonuses, so reviewing the terms and conditions is advisable. No deposit bonuses are available at some non GamStop casino sites, providing a small amount of bonus funds or free spins upon registration without requiring an initial deposit.
Once you register, every UKGC-licensed operator is required to block your account for the period selected, from six months up to a permanent exclusion. Daytonaspin closes this list with a 255% match up to £4,500 and 255 free spins, a GBP-denominated offer that avoids the currency conversion questions raised by several other entries here. Rivo’s 1000% up to €10,000 package plus 25% cashback stands out for combining a large match with an ongoing cashback element, rather than a one-off welcome bonus alone. CoinPoker’s 150% up to $2,000 offer is the smallest headline figure on this list, but it is also priced in US dollars and the brand’s name signals a cryptocurrency-first orientation.
What to check before you sign up anywhere
Credit cards are accepted here, which is one of the primary reasons players seek it out as a UKGC alternative. That is a meaningful practical benefit for players who prefer this payment route, and it is the lens through which every site below has been reviewed. We reviewed each site for its licence, credit card support, bonus terms and game range — and ranked only those that meet our minimum standards. Non GamStop casinos are licensed overseas rather than by the UK Gambling Commission, so GAMSTOP’s self-exclusion register does not apply to them.
Betmica – Our Highest-Ranked Pick
Verify any licence in the regulator’s own public register before you act. No score above zero implies a recommendation, and no non-UK best casino not on gamstop licence carries UK Gambling Commission protection. Reaching an offshore site removes the brake you asked for.
Common Mistakes When Using Casinos Not on Gamstop
- The live section, powered by Evolution, is genuinely one of the strongest parts of the site.
- Once live, you cannot open a new account or log into an old one while the exclusion holds.
- Our rankings are based on thorough testing and hands-on experience to make sure every recommendation is safe, rewarding, and enjoyable for UK players.
- This does not mean these sites are unregulated.
The UK gambling industry is rife with regulations and restrictions – understandably so. Always verify licenses and read reviews before depositing. This has led many to explore non GamStop casino alternatives.
